Data is only shared if legally permitted, if you have given consent, or if we use service providers under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

3. Server Log Files

When you access our website, our hosting provider automatically processes server log files:

  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing device
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address
Purpose: Technical provision, security, and stability of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is generally stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted or anonymized. No merging with other data sources takes place.

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail, phone number, message content) to handle your inquiry and for follow-up questions.
  • Purpose: Communication and handling of your request
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication)
  • Storage period: Until your request is fully answered and – if applicable – for the duration of statutory retention obligations

Our website only uses technically necessary cookies required for basic functions and secure operation.

6. Fonts (Google Fonts – Local Hosting)

We use locally hosted web fonts for consistent display. No connection to Google servers is established and no IP addresses are transmitted to Google.

7. Analytics and Tracking Tools

We currently do not use any analytics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics). If such tools are introduced in the future, they will only be used based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Details will be provided in advance in a consent banner and this Privacy Policy.

8. Recipients, Processors and Data Transfers

Personal data is only transferred to third parties if necessary, legally justified, or with your consent.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection when the browser’s address line changes from “http://” to “https://”.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy in case of changes to our website or legal requirements. The version valid at the time of your visit applies.
